US07 is a 25 acre private property located in the southern most reaches of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains, in Norfolk Connecticut. It features 2 exquisite homes - the Estate House and the Farm House, which can be rented together or separately. The entire property accommodates a total of 22 guests.

The Property

There is a beautiful spring-fed pond that is very clean and excellent for swimming or fishing (catch and release only) and an adjacent screened-in gazebo, a hot and cold-water outdoor shower and a wood-stocked outdoor fire pit. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gardens, woods and meadows along with expansive lawns. The property also has a 55 foot indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The Estate House

This state-of-the-art modern home accommodates 12 guests. It has polished, radiant-heated, walnut floors throughout and mahogany screened windows. The Estate house boasts a full size, indoor pool with Jacuzzi. The pool is 55 feet long and has a safety cover. Located next to the pool is the spa with a cedar sauna, a large tiled steam shower, bathroom, and changing area.

The main floor is showcase to a yoga/dance studio with a mirrored ballet barre, juice bar, and gorgeous panoramic views. The main floor also has a media room with large screen, flat TV and Ipod dock.

The living room has a massive stone fireplace and is adjacent to the dining room that easily seats14 guests. On the ground floor there is a three-car garage and a recreation room with pool table, ping-pong, foosball and darts. This area also has a fireplace.

There are 6 bedrooms in the Estate house:

• The Master - Large Master suite with a king sized bed, large full bath, wardrobe room, working wood fireplace, TV/DVD and outdoor terrace
• The Studio - A large ground floor suite with a king size bed, bath, 2 robes, large closet, piano, drums, amps, and large screen television.
• The Playroom - Contains a queen size bed, stocked with toys.
• The Study - Contains a double bed. It is a simple, elegant room with a full bath next door.
• The Tree House - Houses a queen size bed, offering breathtaking. Shares gorgeous glass tiled full bath with the Nursery.
• The Nursery - Offers 2 twin beds (extra long) with sweeping SW views of Haystack Mountain.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse, over 200 years old, has been beautifully maintained and updated with a cook's kitchen and central air conditioning.

There are 6 bedrooms in the Farm House:

• The Roughland Suite - A lovely ground floor master suite with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, working wood fireplace, TV/DVD, sitting area, full bath, and views of the gardens and woods.
• The Drawing Room - A charming bedroom containing a double bed with a painted chalk board wall.
• The Butterfly Room - A bright, SW exposed room with an antique iron butterfly queen size bed.
• The Rose Room - A charming room with a double bed and an antique painted armoire.
• The Nook - A child's dream room with a twin bed and a small desk and painted armoire.
• The Loft - A finished "storybook" attic with 1 queen size bed, 1 twin bed and 1 sleeping sofa. It also has two dormers, and a TV/DVD.

Rates

Weekends can be accommodated subject to owner's approval. A minimum rental applies for a 3 day weekend, off-peak:

Cleaning fees, pool fees, and dog fees may apply depending on the length of rental stay and the individual agreement between the parties. Normally, housekeeping fees are included in minimum rental rates.
