| Low season: April 16 - December 14 | $10,000 per week |
| High Season : December 15 - April 15 | $18,000 per week |
| Christmas Holidays | $30,000.00 per week (2 weeks minimum) |
Prices include daily maid service except Sunday and holidays (which on this island are too numerous to list, so additional arrangements may be made through BP Transportation to cover those days, if necessary).
